Yes, you read that correctly…
The Vessel of Knowledge, Chapter 5: The Mother’s Wisdom is now live here on my site and here on AO3.
Special thanks to my betas, blazestarre and CascadeStorm ♡, for their patience in reading through my work multiple times as I make little changes, and being my go-to sounding boards (and sanity checkers!)
And with this last update, Vessel – and therefore, Byleth’s most recent POV fic – is officially done.

I know what you might be thinking (or at least, once you’ve read it) – what happens next?
Well, the next time you’ll be seeing Byleth will be for the long awaited battle. And, yes, the next update of the Claudeleth front with be from Claude’s POV. It’s been so long since I’ve written him, I’m genuinely looking forward to it. I’ve missed that lovable rogue.
That said, we’ll be checking in with Dimitri with next update for this series in Before the Storm. Once his next update is done, then I’ll be getting back to Claude and Byleth as they face the final battle against the mysterious mages who lurk in the dark…
…not to mention what to do next about that other thing. 😉

Also, you may have noticed that I’ve been remixing how From Shadows to Stars is posted here. Initially, I was updating posts with all the chapters. However, as the updates – and instalments themselves – got longer, WordPress was starting to crash.
So, everything has now been transferred onto pages instead of posts, and the multichapters have been split up, so each chapter has its own page, too.
You’ll have noticed also that Before the Storm is still down. This is essentially because it is the most broken fic at the moment. Not only is it the longest post but it hard special formating in it. Still, I’m working on getting it back up – and the whole process should be done well in advance of the next update.
As for alerts, I’ll be updating you by posting little blogs like this with the updates linked. I hope this is OK and works better.

You can also read the series on AO3.
Welp, that’s about it!
Thank you so much for reading and sticking with this series for as long (or as short) as you have.
See you all soon. 🙂
